At Dripmenswear, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order or request changes after checkout. This Cancel / Change Order Policy explains how cancellation and modification requests are handled for purchases made through dripmenswear.shop.

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Because orders may move quickly into processing, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS

You may request to cancel an order before it has entered processing, packing, or shipment preparation.

• Order number
• Full name
• Email used at checkout
• Reason for cancellation

If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.

CHANGE REQUESTS

Customers may request changes to an order before fulfillment begins.

Possible changes may include:

• Shipping address update
• Size change
• Color change
• Quantity adjustment
• Product change
• Contact information correction

Change requests are not guaranteed. Once an order enters processing, packing, or shipment preparation, changes may no longer be possible.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

If your order has already shipped, you may:

• Track the package using the tracking information provided.
• Contact the carrier for delivery questions.
• Request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
