Order Cancellation Policy

We begin preparing orders quickly so you can get your gear fast. Most orders move into processing within 1 business day. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Order status Cancellation eligibility What happens Refund
Placed (not yet processing) Eligible We will cancel your order if it has not entered picking/packing. Full refund to your original payment method.
Processing (picking/packing or label created) Maybe We will attempt to stop the order. This is not guaranteed once processing has begun. If we stop it in time, full refund to your original payment method.
Shipped / handed to the carrier Not eligible We can no longer cancel after shipment. After delivery, you may request a return if the item is eligible. Refunds are not issued for shipped orders unless a return is completed and approved.

How to request a cancellation

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Subject line: Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]
  • Include: order number, full name, and the item(s) you want to cancel. A brief reason helps us improve but is optional.

We’ll confirm by email once we’ve attempted the cancellation. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Order changes instead of cancellation

If you want to update your shipping address, change a size/color, or remove an item, contact us immediately. We can usually make changes before processing starts; once processing begins, changes are unlikely.

Refund timing

  • Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
  • Most refunds post within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • We’ll send a refund confirmation email when processed.

Important notes

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation if processing has started.
  • We may cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to inventory issues, suspected fraud, or payment problems. You will be notified and refunded in full if that occurs.
  • For duplicate orders, contact us immediately so we can try to cancel the extra order before it ships.
