Shipping & Delivery

This page explains how we pack, ship, and deliver your order. Our standard shipping is $6.99 per order, processing takes 1 business day, and typical transit time is 2–5 business days.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the destinations offered at checkout. If your address is not accepted at checkout, we are not able to ship to that location at this time.

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding observed holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
  • If any item requires extra handling time (e.g., backorder), we will email you with an updated timeline.

Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days from the time you place your order (processing plus transit). Delivery may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking your order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email from [email protected] with your tracking link once your order ships.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display initial scans after you receive the link.
  • If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Split shipments

To avoid delays, items in one order may ship separately. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel. There is no additional shipping charge beyond the initial $6.99 paid at checkout.

Address accuracy and changes

  • Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship to a corrected address for an additional $6.99, or issue a refund for the item(s) minus the original $6.99 shipping after the package is received back in sellable condition.

Delivery issues

  • Delays: Weather, peak seasons, or carrier constraints can extend transit times.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Wait 24 hours, check with household members and neighbors, and look in safe-drop areas. If still missing, contact us within 3 business days of the delivery scan so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
  • Damaged items: Contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can review and help resolve.
  • Signature: For security, we may require a signature for higher-value orders at our discretion.
