How do I place an order?

Add your items and sizes to cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment using an available method. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. If you need to update the size, address, or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll do our best if the order has not shipped yet.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once an order ships, we may be unable to reroute it. If a package returns to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship after confirmation; a new shipping fee of $6.99 may apply.

What if an item goes out of stock after I order?

If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you and issue a refund for that item.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can check status anytime from that link.

My tracking shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your building manager.
  • Look for delivery notices or safe-drop locations.
  • Allow 24 hours; occasionally carriers pre-scan deliveries.
  • If it still hasn’t arrived, email us with your order number.

My tracking hasn’t updated.

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement. If there’s no update beyond that, contact us and we’ll review with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I start a return?

What condition must items be in?

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Free of odors, stains, and damage

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items may be ineligible once opened. Our team will confirm eligibility before you ship a return.

Who covers return shipping?

We’ll confirm return shipping options during your request. In most cases, original shipping fees (including the $6.99 standard shipping) are not refundable unless we made an error or the item is confirmed defective.

Can I exchange for a different size?

The fastest way is to place a new order for the size you want and request a return for the original item. This ensures availability while your return is processed.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days on our end; your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.

How will my refund be issued?

To your original payment method whenever possible (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, Stripe, or Airwallex). We’ll email you once the refund is processed.

What if my item is defective or incorrect?
