We want your gear to fit right and feel right. If something isn’t working out, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within our window below. For any return or exchange, please contact us first so we can issue instructions and a return authorization.

Eligibility checklist

  • Items must be in resaleable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, and deodorant marks.
  • All tags, stickers, and protective films must be attached; accessories and extras included.
  • Shoe boxes must be undamaged and placed inside an outer shipping box.
  • Sets/bundles must be returned complete.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Underwear, socks, swimwear, or other hygiene-sensitive products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked non-returnable at purchase

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason. For defects/damage, include clear photos within 7 days of delivery.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA). Returns without authorization may be refused.
  3. Pack securely. Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt.
  4. Once received, we’ll inspect the item(s) within 2–3 business days and process the approved outcome.

Exchanges

To get the right size or color quickly, the fastest option is to place a new order for the desired item and send the original back for a refund. If you prefer a direct exchange, contact us—if stock is available, we can arrange it. A standard reship fee of $6.99 may apply.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order number.
  • After verification, we’ll provide next steps. For confirmed issues, we cover return shipping and offer a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund.
  • Normal wear and tear or color variations due to screens are not considered defects.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only (PayPal, credit/debit card, Stripe, or Airwallex).
  • The original shipping fee of $6.99 is non-refundable.
  • Banks and payment providers typically post funds within 3–10 business days after we process your refund.
  • If a return causes an order to become partially returned, we may adjust promotional discounts accordingly.

Return shipping and packaging

  • Unless we confirm a defect/incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use a trackable service; we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • Do not apply tape or labels directly to branded shoe boxes or retail packaging.

Undeliverable or refused packages

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will process a refund for the item(s) minus the original $6.99 shipping and any carrier return fees once the package is received and checked.
