Payment Methods

We offer safe, fast checkout using trusted payment partners. The options you see at checkout reflect what’s currently available for your region and device.

Ways to Pay

  • PayPal – Pay using your PayPal balance or linked funding source.
  • Credit/Debit Cards – Major cards are accepted. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe or Airwallex.
  • Stripe – In some cases you may see a Stripe-hosted checkout to complete your card payment.
  • Airwallex – In some regions you may see an Airwallex-hosted checkout to complete your card payment.

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, bank transfers, or buy-now-pay-later services.

Checkout Security

  • Encrypted checkout: Your payment details are transmitted over secure, encrypted connections.
  • Reputable processors: Card details are handled by Stripe, PayPal, or Airwallex. We do not store or see your full card number or CVV.
  • Fraud prevention: We may use address and CVV verification and may require additional verification (for example, a one-time bank code) to protect your account.
  • Order review: If our system flags risk, we may place the order on hold to verify details or cancel and release any authorization.

Currency and Charges

  • Prices are shown and charged in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees, which we do not control.
  • For successful orders, payment is charged when you place your order. If an authorization fails, the order will not be created.

If Your Payment Is Declined

Most declines are easy to fix. Review the message shown at checkout and try the steps below.

Issue What to try
Card details typo (number, expiry, CVV) Re-enter details exactly as shown on your card.
Billing address mismatch Use the billing address on file with your bank. Include apartment/suite and correct ZIP/postcode.
Bank security/verification not completed Complete any bank pop-up or one-time code (3D Secure). If it times out, try again or use a different card.
Insufficient funds or card limits Check balance/limits or contact your bank, then retry.
Expired or unsupported card Try another card or PayPal.
PayPal account or funding source issue Log in to PayPal to resolve the issue, then return and try again or choose a card.
Browser or network error Refresh, try a different browser/device, or disable VPN/ad blockers temporarily.

Authorizations and Pending Holds

  • Some banks show a temporary authorization even if a payment fails. These usually drop off automatically within 3–7 business days (timing varies by bank and can take up to 10 business days).
  • If a pending hold remains after your bank’s timeframe, contact your bank to release it. We’re happy to provide proof that the charge did not complete.
