DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. To address copyright concerns on dripmenswear.shop, we operate a notice-and-takedown process modeled on the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). The steps below explain how to submit a copyright notice and how to file a counter notice if you believe material was removed in error.

Scope

This policy applies to content hosted on our website, including product photos, descriptions, graphics, and other media. It covers copyright only. For other rights (e.g., trademarks), contact our support team using the email below.

How to Submit a Copyright Notice

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, email a complete notice to: [email protected] with the subject line: DMCA Notice.

Required Elements

Item What to Provide
Signature Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Work Identified Describe the copyrighted work you believe was infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
Location of Material Identify the specific material claimed to be infringing and its exact location on our site (full URLs are best; include screenshots if helpful).
Contact Details Your full name, company (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Good-Faith Statement A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy & Authority A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Format: Plain-text email or a PDF attachment is acceptable. Please submit one consolidated notice per incident when possible.

What Happens Next

Stage Our Typical Action Typical Timing
Receipt We review the notice for completeness and may request more information if needed. 1–3 business days
Interim Measures We may disable access to or remove the identified material while we notify the poster. Promptly after validation
Notification We forward the complete notice to the user who posted the material. After interim measures
Counter Notice Window We allow time for a valid counter notice. Typically up to 10 business days
Restoration or Continued Removal If we do not receive a valid counter notice, the content may remain disabled or be removed. If we receive a valid counter notice, we may restore the content after the waiting period unless we are informed that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order. Typically 10–14 business days after counter notice

Timelines are typical, not guaranteed, and may vary based on case complexity.

How to Submit a Counter Notice

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was due to mistake or misidentification, email a counter notice to [email protected] with the subject line: DMCA Counter Notice.

Required Elements for Counter Notice

Item What to Provide
Signature Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of Material Identify the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal (full URL).
Good-Faith Statement A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Contact Details Your name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

We will forward your counter notice to the original complainant. Unless we are notified that a legal action has been filed by the complainant within the applicable waiting period, we may restore the material.

  • We may share your notice or counter notice (including contact details) with the affected user and with third parties as necessary to process the claim.
